Here's how it works
Step 1
Get an Invitation
Get your exclusive invitation to make your home smart, efficient, and solar powered. You must request an invitation to be invited upgrade your house to an Electric Smart Home.
Step 2
Virtual Assessment
Once you have your invitation, we'll schedule virtual walk through of your home. We'll talk about your home's comfort and gather your home details. This is a no cost, no pressure, free and no commitment conversation and analysis.
Step 3
Energy and Solution Analysis
We analyze your home's energy usage and characteristics of your home to put togther a custom upgrade plan. We'll be able get your electricity use history through our secure portal and you may need to send your gas use history to use.
Step 4
Verification
We'll review your upgrade plan with you, including desired comfort, energy savings, estimated earnings, and payment program. You'll sign a performance agreement if you're ready to move forward.
Your contractor will visit your home to verify the scope of work and adjust the upgrade plan accordingly.
Step 5
Installation
With your plan and timeline in hand we're ready upgrade your home. Syncwatt contractors will contact you and schedule a date to install your new appliances, solar panels and home battery.
Step 6
Billing, Earning and Customer Service
Once the work is complete, you'll begin receiving monthly bills from Syncwatt. Syncwatt is paid from a portion of your savings. If you don t save, Syncwatt does not get paid.
Syncwatt issues and trades Sustainable Energy Certificates generated from your home. Your earnings are paid out every two to three months.
